On that day I thought, the solution needs to be solved / remedies, thinking a lot about the vinegar can be cleaned. What do the vinegar think and how it works, see a little.

Stainless steel appliances look great in the kitchen, but they tend to show traces of water and fingerprints. You often see this on the dishwasher (so many water stains!) And on the refrigerator handles (hello, too much wear).

So, to restore my flat and dirty appliances to their cheery, bright and robotic appearance, I decided to make my trusty stainless steel toaster my test subject. What would I need to make it look new again?
Vinegar and oil. Yes, it looks like a vinaigrette, but believe me. Seriously, it works perfectly!

Before cleaning the toaster, it looked like this:

Not great, but it was flat and streaked with dark marks.
After two easy steps, the thing is now bling-y!

Best Cloth for Stainless Steel

In order for your stainless steel appliances to shine like new, you will need to invest in microfiber cloths. These super-soft, non-abrasive cloths will last a long time, especially since you can throw them away for washing and reuse!

Once I have established a good cleaning technique, I continue in the dishwasher. Let me show you how to shine your stainless steel with these two household ingredients!

Clean Stainless Steel Appliances with Vinegar and Oil

What do you need

Vinegar (in a vaporizer works better)
Paper towels (optional)
Very soft or microfibre cloth
Mineral oil (or other oil of your choice – I used olive oil)

Instructions

Gather your supplies: This task (and most others!) Will be so much easier if all your supplies are collected and ready to go.

Determine the direction of the grain: I know that we usually reserve the term “grain” for wood; However, stainless steel also has a grain. Look closely. It will work either horizontally or vertically. To clean your stainless steel, rub in the direction of this grain.

Do a preliminary cleaning of your appliance with vinegar: Spray your appliance generously with vinegar.

Wipe it down: Using a paper towel or a soft cloth, wipe the vinegar in the direction of the grain. This should eliminate the initial debris from your device and start shining a bit.

Dip your soft cloth in a little oil: you do not need a ton because you can always come back for more.

Polish your appliance: With your oiled cloth, wipe in the grain direction. You will start to see all the marks disappear! You have a new brilliant device again!
